Refund policy
Refund Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with any downloads, or a specific coaching or counseling session, I will refund 100% of your money for the course, ebook, other digital media (video/audio), or that specific session. No questions asked.
Return Policy: If you purchased a paperback book from Amazon.com or other third party retailer you need to go through their refund and return channels. If you purchased a paperback from Serenity Cafe Store and are not satisfied for any reason, return the book within 30 Days to the following address:

If the book is in like new condition and returned to the above address within 30 days, I will refund 100%. If the book is damaged, written on, or otherwise in used condition I will refund 100% ONLY if the damage or defect occurred in shipment. You must notify me right away and return the book within 10 to 14 days.
